Its an ok recipe and i guess that counts even though this isnt close to Dan Dan at all. However if you want to cook this recipe and want to feel more of an "asian / exotic" Taste that is currently missing in this recipe, try adding some preserved mustard stems. You can get those from any asian market and they 100% belong into Dan Dan noodles.
